Where there is power
there is resistance

Get to know Alex More

"Danger? Hah! I walk on the wild side. I laugh in the face of danger."

This is a story about a kid from North Dallas, Texas. Early on, he listens to his mom when she says, “When we die, our bodies become the grass, and the antelope eat the grass. And so, we are all connected in the great Circle of Life…” and to his dad when he says, “Simba you have forgotten me. You have forgotten who you are and so forgotten me. Look inside yourself Simba, you are more than what you have become, you must take your place in the circle of life. Remember who you are…remember…” He’ll learn from his family’s experiences that a job is about a lot more than a paycheck—and that the cardinal sin is the abuse of power. He’ll feel an obligation to fight that abuse whenever he sees it. And he’ll follow his heart to serve his community, his state, and his country.

Alex More's Vision
for America

We’re in a battle for the soul of America. It’s time to remember who we are. We’re Americans: tough, resilient, but always full of hope. We treat each other with dignity.  Let’s rebuild the middle class—and this time, we’ll make sure everyone comes along – black, white, Latino, Asian. Everyone. Let’s fight back against the incredible abuses of power we’re seeing. Let’s dig deep and remember that our best days still lie ahead.
